MP Diagnostics HTLV I/II ELISA 4.0 kit is a direct double-antigen sandwich immunoassay that utilises a combination of recombinant proteins and a tri-fusion recombinant protein labeled with horseradish peroxidase. This test format assures simultaneous detection of various specific IgA, IgG and IgM antibodies against HTLV-I and HTLV-II. In addition, external tests had shown that HTLV I/II ELISA 4.0 is capable of detecting antibodies to HTLV-3/STLV-3.
